"Today's Featured Action" in the Human Trafficking section of Change.org used a tastelessly cropped photo of Rep. Trent Franks, apparently in an attempt to diminish his credibility.

Rep. Franks has a cleft lip, and the cropped version of the photo at the link below showed his face from chin to nose, placing his cleft lip in the center of the photo.  When you follow the link to the action against him, his whole face appears so there was no need to use only the disfigured portion of his face.

Change.org, have a talk with yourselves and change this behavior.  Treat all of us equally.
