Stop discriminating against LGBT couples and students!

Stop discriminating against LGBT couples and students!
The Issue
At Bay Port High School in Green Bay, Wisconsin, there is a PDA policy that technically states that displays of affection between couples is not tolerated. However, many administration officials have been using this policy to prejudiced advantage, going almost exclusively after LGBT* couples even for acts as mild as hand-holding. Unless there is an extreme circumstance, never has any verbal warning or punishment happened to cisgender heterosexual students.
The administrators say that anything LGBT "makes people uncomfortable," while they do nothing to stop words like faggot and gay being tossed around along with rape jokes - these things, too, make people uncomfortable, but nobody gets pulled out of class to be told it makes people uncomfortable and that they should stop.
This needs to stop now. By signing this, you support us in asking that they either crack down on heterosexual couples just as much as any other couple for PDA or stop discriminating against that already-marginalized population in the school. In addition, we ask that they at the very least consider adopting non-dysphoric policies for Transgender individuals, regardless of their transition stage. We ask that Bay Port High School publicly announce that they either are cracking down on all PDA, regardless of sexuality, or that they will leave LGBT students be along with the rest of their students.
No child should face such hardships for something they're born with, and Bay Port's staff and administration can take a step in the right direction if they act now. We take pride in Bay Port High School and don't wish to see a damaged public image of our great school, but a public announcement of equality can only bring good.
