Don't disturb Quail status: It's not poultry - Sukanya Kadyan

The Issue

Quail commercial breeding will harm the wild quail, where as quail is not a poultry bird then why National Board on Wildlife going ahead to de list this bird from the protection cover of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972?
