People of northeast India are NOT brutal killers as branded by the world. 
They do not intend to kill man's best friend (the dog). 
It is because of a section of miscreants that an entire community of northeast people from the states of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipiur, Agartala, Meghalaya and Sikkim states of India are getting bad name. 
It is because of a section of wretched people that dogs are trapped and killed mercilessly for food in the northeastern states.
