Won't you end workplace discrimination

The Issue

You might be aware that jobs today are hard enough to come by and hold onto.  Add workplace discrimination and the situation becomes especially dire for gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender Americans.  That's why the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) is so important.  ENDA would fix a broken system in which employers in the majority of states are legally allowed to fire, or not hire, qualified people based solely on their sexual orientation.
