More and more housing developments are being built throughout Southwater nr Horsham, West Sussex.  There have been great concerns at the lack of Pedestrian Crossings throughout the Village on the Worthing Road which runs right through the Village.  Each end of the Village there is nothing to aid people in crossing - and with the very large Bovis homes development under construction we can expect at least an extra 250 cars alone coming from this new estate.

There are no speed bumps to slow people down at this end of the Village - so traffic speeds off the roundabout and do not slow down.  More and more school children get off of school buses and need to cross this very busy road and most of the time end up running across and there is a blind bend - people with pushchairs, elderly etc. need to cross this road on a regular basis - please support me and sign this Petition and lets make Southwater a safer place to cross the road.  Thank you for your support.
