The only reason Metric is not America's measurement system is because States like Pennsylvania and their Department of Transportation refuse to employ it. There was Federal Money to do it, but they simply ignored it. Time to use that Recovery and Stimulus money for the right reason UPGRADE PA. We have no need for LNDMT Politicians.   LNDMT = Lazy Not During My Term
