U.S. Residents: Ask Congress to Support the PUPS Act

The Issue

Currently, the Animal Welfare Act allows large, commercial breeders who sell puppies online and directly to the public to escape licensing and regulation. The Puppy Uniform Protection Statute (PUPS) Act would close this egregious loophole and would also require regular exercise at breeding facilities.
