The Issue
This new legislation IR35 & PSC affects 200000 construction workers on a daily basis, the financial impact on workers and their family's will be disaster, most will £100 a week worse off, having to pay employees and employers NI, this has to be wrong, while in return receiving No holiday or sick pay is not PAYE!!
