Ubisoft - Give us the Far Cry 3 DLC contents we paid for!
The Issue
Today I make this petition to say - This is it, no more!
It's important we get what we paid for. This issue has been going on for months. No official explanation has yet to been discovered of why these issues still remains and why the support wont help their customers.
Most times upon using any publishers services you have to agree upon a contract, if you want to play the game. Nine out of ten times people don't bother reading the End User Licence Agreements(EULA), they just want to play their game!
Publishers takes advantage of this fact and may resign the blame of any damage caused to you either from the purchased product or financially. They also reserve the rights to maintain the product or said services or terminate your account without any further notice.
Publishers shouldn't only reserve themselves rights, they should likewise show obligations towards their customers. We expect games to be properly maintained, we expect knowledgeable support and not least of all, we also want information about issues that are being worked at.
This is for your customers comfort, to know things are being looked at and taken care of. Simply ignoring or sending your customers back and forth between the community forum and support wont hold.
As of now many people are very frustrated about the lack of professionalism that would be expected by a larger game developer and publisher like Ubisoft. It should simply not take this long to fix. Your customers feel tricked, or you may even say scammed, that they paid extra to get absolutely nothing. Many loving and dedicated gamers spend their hard earned money, paying your salaries and living.
If not for us you wouldn't exist - think about it!
I here now stand up for all gamers and customers likewise, demanding this issue to be resolved ASAP. I also demand an official letter of apology from Ubisoft to all customers involved. This is the least you can do, you're obviously very aware of this issue and still allow the product to be sold trough Ubisoft store and Steam likewise.
Ubisoft - Step up to your responsibilities!
