An official apology left on the front page of The Mirror Website

An official apology left on the front page of The Mirror Website
The Issue
On 23rd June 2012, The Mirror allowed Journalist and Author Tony Parsons to write an editorial about tattoos.
(find the article at http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/tony-parsons-on-tattoos-they-make-my-skin-906613 )
This article was not only completely bias to the opinion that tattoos were "voluntary disfigurement" and "so ugly", but also discriminated against individuals with tattoos using stereotypes and bullying tactics such as name calling.
This article is not only wrong, but extremely insulting to those who decided to have body art. Indeed it is not for everybody, but there is no need to be offensive in such a manner as this.
I am petitioning for The Mirror to publish an official apology on the front page of their website for the blatant discrimination of a whole group of people they have generalised and insulted on in this article.
