John Graham was extradited to the USA on hearsay and double hearsay evidence for a murder which occurred over 35 years ago. Much controversy about this murder points to FBI involvement or coverup. Witness 'cooperation' essentially means witnesses have been coerced to cooperate, the same way Myrtle Poor Bear witnessed against Leonard Peltier and the way Peltier was approached to testify against Graham.
