The Issue
In the 1980's the Reagan administration lowered the income tax for the top bracket significantly to 30%. This numbered hasn't changed as of 2010. The US Government should raise the income tax for the top bracket to 70% or more. This is absolutely neccesary to achieve income equality and decrease poverty.
