Bastrop High School has always held a prayer during graduation. Then student Damon Fowler told the principal that he would contact the ACLU if this blatantly illegal act continued. As we all know, the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment expressively prohibits official governmental recognition of any religion, including the Christian one.

Now, not only has Damon Fowler been given death threats, he has been kicked out of his house by his family and ostracized by the community. One of his teachers, Mitzi Quinn, even demeaned him by saying that Damon had not contributed anything to his school and had no right to say what he did. The atheist community has jumped in and set up a scholarship fund for Damon's college aspirations, and his brother has gladly taken him in to live with him.

Then they went ahead and held the prayer anyway.

Tell Bastrop High School that their actions are illegal and their treatment of Damon Fowler is appalling.
