The Issue

The city of New Orleans doesn't yet offer recycling services, but there is a great company that does-- Phoenix Recycling. Service costs $15 a month, and pick-ups are twice a month. I've been using it for a few months, and it is a great service!

Gillian DickerPetition StarterI'm a NorCal girl with a lot of New Orleans and a little France thrown in. I'm a little too liberal for most people, I think it's normal to go out in public dressed as a pirate and I want all foods covered in chocolate.
