On 11/10/2011 Governor Scott Walker signed an act that will cut Badger Care and Medicaid benefits by over a half BILLION dollars, which in effect will eliminate much needed medical coverage to children, medically sick and ill, and elderly citizens. Governor Scott Walker has other options in balancing the budget and doesn't need to take away health care from the most needy and ill!
