Mormon State, Justice for a Black Woman is Long Overdue

Mormon State, Justice for a Black Woman is Long Overdue
The Issue
Petition revised under the direction of Debra McCawley-O'Brien for cultural sensitivities. Thank you, Debra.
In the fall of 2006, Weber State University alleges they experienced an issue with their computers erasing important attendance and legal records of Victoria Sethunya, a foreign student who came here to further her education.
They aknowledged that the problem was computer error and despite repeated appeals to correct this situation, Weber State University has refused to correct the problem.
She has been met with racial prejudice, jailed for protesting their inaction and faces deportation. She paid Weber State University her tuition fees, books and attended classes as required. She has a right to have this problem corrected, don't you think?
All we are asking for is someone to apply the needed pressure to correct this impending disaster in a young woman's life. We will be waiting to cheer you on! Please don't let her be deported thinking that this is how our great nation behaves. We all hope that you will respond before it's too late.
Thank you.
