Ian cronin orginally from Cork, Ireland has just been told that Minister for Immigration and Border Protection Scott Morrison MP has overruled a judgement allowing him to stay in Perth, Australia with his partner and 4 year old son.

Ian has spent the last 8 months in a detention centre in Perth fighting for the right to be with his family .

Ian won his case at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal and the Minister intervened even though the immigration delegates, the immigration lawyer and the Judge had declared it was in the best interest of his son that he remained in Australia.

This is an outrage and should not be allowed. Every man, woman and child has the right to live with their family and should not be torn apart by bureaucratic red tape.

Do not allow a family to be forced to live continents away from each other.

Do not allow a son to be separated from his father.

Let your voice be heard and stand up for the right of a family to be together.
