Residents in local roads and parents of children attending Fairlawn School have noted the previous proposals and the later partial implementation of the Forest Hill 20mph zone four years ago.

We regularly observe the narrow pavements, considerable use by children, and relative high speeds of traffic on Honor Oak Road near Fairlawn School.

The zone should be extended to include: the part of Honor Oak Road north of the junction with Horniman Drive; Canonbie Road; and Netherby Road.
