Dr. Amanda Staudt, the National Wildlife Federation's Chief Climate Scientist told the EPA in person at a hearing in Arlington, Virginia on Monday.

She told the EPA that as a DC resident, her home is threatened by rising sea levels and increased risk of hurricanes.
