As some of you may already have seen, there's a new restaurant opening down Tomblands in Norwich, called Just Lobsters.

Norwich is a gorgeous city and has a wealth of cruelty-free eateries and shops here. We really don't need a restaurant that promotes boiling anything alive and I would really appreciate your help to change this.

On leaving school I spent a few years in the catering business making a living, but at one job I witnessed something so horrific I never forgot it to this day. A live lobster, as is usual practice in the food industry, was lowered into a vat of pure, boiling water. It literally screamed as it was seared to death. I quit that job on the spot, gave the chefs a piece of my mind and got the hell out of there. Norwich doesn't need sadists any more than the next city.   Please join me in signing this petition and emailing the company direct at:
