The Issue
On 20th December 2012 Judge N Neary from Liverpool HM Courts & Tribunal Service Agreed with Julian Mottley that the sanctions to his benefits and access to welfare was UNLAWFUL and therefore did not stand as safe and was therefore overturned as it was a criminal action by the office of Secretary of State for Work & Pensions.
This represents a breach of civil and criminal codes and practices set by the Oath of service signed by George Iain Duncan Smith who is named RESPONDENT in a forthcoming AFFIT DAVIT.
Iain Duncan Smith, as he is commonly known, is accused of criminal damage by INJURY, LOSS and HARM as he stopped vital benefits to Julian Mottley family when my wife was rushed to hospital with complications during child birth, leaving Julian Mottley to look after his other 3 children..
please sign this petition if you have experienced similar difficulties as we believe this is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Iain Duncan Smith (RESPONDENT)
