Live music brings people together! It is a way of life for some and an escape for everyone else. Fining small venues thousands of Euros just because there is occasional "noise" made from the occasional gig is totally extreme and unfair! Save culture in your region and work WITH the bar to help them, not punish them for entertaining people and your community! People all over the world go to that venue and we DO NOT want that to end!!!!
