Improved and expanded Medicare for all is the only solution that will save money and save lives.  Businesses, large or small will no longer have to negotiate for health insurance.  Citizens will have the freedom to pursue their dreams when they are not bound by a job they dislike, just for the benefits.  Many will retire with peace of mind that they have health care before the age of 65.  This will open up the job market for many of those who are unemployed.
