Wycombe Wanderers FC is a Trust owned football club, which is run by fans for the fans. I believe they should not have to pay the fine imposed by the FA for the transfer dealings of the previous owners which broke The FA's rules.

Wycombe Wanderers FC is a club which has limited resources and is still trying to run a viable financial model after many years of mis-management and incurred debt run up under previous regimes (some of which they are still having to pay back).

In short, I believe they should not be punished for the transgression of the previous owners.
