(1)     Investigate Judge Moskowitz for what appears to be serious and widespread racketeering particuarly in relation to his position of “administrative” oversight for Maine’s GALs;

(2)     Investigate Judge Moskowitz related to judicial misconduct including violations of Equal Protection Under the Law.

(3)     The federal investigator must be from outside New England and hold no political connections to Maine.
