Dear Facebook,

It has been brought to our attention that there is an animal abuser, Ashley Nicole Miller, using Facebook to help her gain access to animals, solicit funds for her online rescue activities, and to harass and threaten innocent people who know about her and her past.  Her harassment and threats have extended to peoples’ family members and their places of employment.  She has also posted personal information online and lied to the public while asking other Facebook users to call, email, or by other means contact people and their employers, to include a military base, with the sole purpose of harassing them.

She is using multiple profiles and pages for the above mentioned activities which clearly violate many of Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities as shown as follows:

Safety:

You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

You will not use Facebook to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

Registration and Account Security:

Facebook users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

You will not provide any false personal information on Facebook, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.

You will not create more than one personal account.

You will not use your personal timeline primarily for your own commercial gain, and will use a Facebook Page for such purposes.

You will not share your password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.

Protecting Other People's Rights:

You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.

You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Facebook.

We ask that you remove her from Facebook permanently, for violating all of the fore mentioned Facebook policies.
