Edexcel provided a C4 paper way beyond the difficulty it should have been and there was knowledge required in that exam that was not included in the syllabus.

The weight of the mark were in the last three questions which were those that seemed to be beyond A2 C4 standard. Question 7 in particular was a 'no mercy question' where one flaw cost you a fifth of the marks of the paper theoretically.
