How many of us make a purchases on a daily basis? Take a moment to consider what you are buying, WHY you are buying it, and can you find a better manufacturer, a used version of the product, etc.

Perhaps instead of buying that brand-new couch, take on the project of renewing an old one - or scour private sales to buy a used one.

We create the demand for new products. We push manufacturers to continue to produce high volumes of items... many manufacturers do not have a commitment to preserving and protecting our planet.

If everyone put some thought into what they're buying, it would make a world of difference.
