Animal neglect and cruelty should not be toterated. An example should be made of those who are responsible. If the person responsible runs a rescue it makes it a million times worse. People entrust them with animals and funds to look after theses animals, to save them not to have them suffer. The dogs seized by the Guards and Galway SPCA now need to be homed they have suffered enough. Do not let Sarah Gunter relaim these dogs!!! There are no excuses, there are no reasons that can justify what has happened. These dogs deserve a life now. To send them back to the person responsible defeats any rational thinking.
