Denied human rights to a family life: Let the Sharma family live safely in UK together

The Issue

The UK Home Office denied 2 children (UK citizens) the right to having their father (Indian national) live with them and their mother (UK citizen) and even denied fathers visits in UK just because the parents don't earn enough to qualify by new visa laws. This is refusing fathers rights and the children's rights to a family life solely based on finances which is discrimination against the poor. Poor people should have the right to be a family together, not just the rich.

The UK want the mother and her children to leave the UK to go to India to be together as a family where her and her kids will be killed by naxal extremists on arrival. The naxals want to make their cause an international issue with taking international hostages and taking children from schools to train in terrorism. The Sharma family's home in India is surrounded by landmines and the family business was taken by gunpoint by the naxals, its impossible for them to live in India as the UK are demanding. The Indian police have said they can not provide 24 hour surveillance if in India.

Please sign their petition for their human rights to be together as a family safe in UK and help make the government aware that poor people are deserving of a family too and children especially deserve a safe environment.

Mr and Mrs Sharma are trained professionals in their field of work but do not earn enough to qualify for their family to be together in UK. The UK want the Sharma family to choose a life apart as a family without the children being allowed their father to even visit or death being together in India. Mr Sharma has no criminal record, is a primary school teacher with 6 years teaching experience and has no desire to be on benefits or any burden on the state. Their intercaste marriage made the headlines internationally and it took 4 months of fighting for their marriage to be legalised in India after being taken for their life savings to put the legal marriage through due to corruption in government. The children are 6 years old and the youngest a baby, they should not need to suffer like this continually just because others won't support their family to be together. The son's school will not give a letter of support due to legal red tape and neither will any other official in UK due to red tape. Signatures are desperately needed on this petition to fight the human rights to a family case in court.

If anyone can help to donate money for court costs it would be very much appreciated and paid back!
