The Hessin family (3 members) left 8 puppies to starve to death, the puppies having to eat each other in order to survive!

This is disgusting, they ONLY got a 8 week, 12 week and 18 week sentence - all of which have been currently suspended!

What is this world coming too...we need to discipline these people in order to show others like them that animal cruelty is not acceptable!! 

4 years - thats six months for each of the eight 6 month old puppies that died in pain!
