We undersigned clergy of the Church of England do not believe that  "a distinctive and generous witness to Jesus Christ " is modeled in the  Pastoral Letter of 15 February. We are willing to follow our consciences and to defy the recent instruction in the Letter not to offer services of blessing for gay marriages.
