I have been living in a flat which I own underneath a council tenant who has been the subject of complaints to the Council and the police regarding noise pollution and anti-social behaviour for the last two and a half years. Despite myself and others complaining to the Council constantly, it is only recently that any action has been taken, and it could still be weeks before anything happens, if it does. It is ridiculous that anyone should have to live in an environment where they are not only uncomfortable in their own home, but actually afraid to be there for any length of time. Local councils need to take notice of the people their inaction effects.
