Discontinue the new law "No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods"

Discontinue the new law "No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods"
The Issue
If plastic gloves are used for sushi making, there will be a higher risk of contamination and foodborne illness may increase since it is unsanitary. It is a scientifically proven fact in Japan.
True hygiene sushi can be made only with bare hands using its own traditional method to prevent contamination.
Also, there is a higher risk of contamination through improper use of gloves when glove use becomes mandatory.
It can be easily guessed that the new law will increase foodborne illness from eating sushi instead of promoting hygiene. The new law needs to be discontinued to prevent the future foodborne illness.
