Blocking Drug Testing for Welfare Applicants is Unconstitutional

The Issue

Blocking Drug Testing for Welfare Applicants is Unconstitutional as this intervention  protected government tax payers' funds from waste, fraud,  and sustains drug addiction.

When Florida implemented the drug testing to apply for Welfare:  1,600 refused to take it (http://www.drugfree.org/join-together/drugs/almost-1600-welfare-applicants-in-florida-decline-to-undergo-drug-testing) which common sense dictates: (1) They didn't need welfare in the first place; (2) had something to hide. Each person receiving Welfare the State is paid thousands of dollars a month PER PERSON, so that's not chump change.

1,600 on Welfare X $2,000 per month (average cost of monthly Welfare payments)  X 12 months = $38,400,000 A YEAR. Savings.

($2,000 includes food stamps, Medicaid benefits so this is a conservative figure)

Welfare is not a right. It's a privilege, and it's being abused by many people.

A Florida Judge ruled a simple urine drug screen to apply for welfare is unconstitutional because the ACLU said so.

When people get hired for employment-one has to urinate in a cup, i.e., get drug tested,  as a condition of employment. Further, an employee can be randomly drug tested at any time. If a person doesn't use drugs, this should be no problem.   Employee applicants do NOT have  the right to sue because the employer has a right  to protect their company, employees, public, and customers from dopers. Drug abuse can cause damage and HURT other employees and customers. (Equally drug abusers rob [often at gun point],  rape and kill citizens.)  This ruling of not allowing to screen welfare applicants is absurd:  I bet these ACLU didn't even think that employers drug test their applicants for a JOB. So why not welfare, since people are--applying--to be on the government payroll -- so  weed out professional sleaze bags who will patronize the Drug Cartel with OUR tax money.    Once again, the ACLU protects the interests of criminals allowing addicts to conceal their illegal activities (as they have done in the past for sex perverts as in defending the pedophile "North American Man-Boy Love Association").  ACLU = ALL CRIMINALS LOVE US!  Remember-the Drug Cartel practices violence and even cuts people's heads off!

Drug addiction brings damage to society, wastes our precious tax money, and keeps people on the government tit whose milk has run dry. Therefore, since employers can legally drug test their applicants and randomly, I feel it should be legal to do same for welfare receipts who have NO BUSINESS using illegal narcotics, which is very expensive and our tax money should not be used for illicit unnatural wanton behaviors. Dope addicts are depraved immoral people who turn out to become serial killers, armed robbers,  rapists, and molesters to pay for their addictions.

Since drug abusers can use our precious tax money to acquire illegal narcotics, these State funds will run dry.   ABUSE IT = LOSE IT.

The State has a right to protect its interests and the tax payers' money with mandatory drug testing, and for the safety of the State's people.
