Mr. Harper. I am very concerned about military aggression of Russia against sovereign Ukraine. Ukraine is the biggest country by area in Europe with the population of 46 millions. President of Russia Mr. Putin is trying to cover the aggression under the slogan of helping ethnic russians, that live in Ukraine.  In fact there are no restrictions in the civil rights of Russian speaking population in Ukraine.  I can confirm it because I am one of them. Russia's involvement in internal affairs of Ukraine is against all international agreements. Today's Russia is known as the country, that does not respect the rights and freedoms of their own citizens and the independence of other countries. Their government initiated several local wars under same slogan to protect the rights of the ethnic russians. Now Mr. Putin decided that it is time to bring the war, blood, grief and tears to Ukraine. If he will succeed in his goal to divide and destroy independent Ukraine, the next goal will be Eastern European countries, that are the members of EU. The russian imperial ambitions can bring to major international crisis in Europe and globally. I urge you to take all political and economical actions to prevent the occupation of Ukraine by Russia.
