GoDaddy, Inc, Facebook, Inc, Twitter, Inc, InternetBS.net: Disable Social Networking and Domain accounts of Westboro Baptist Church

The Issue

Dear Organizations,

Westboro Baptist Church is a Hate Organization as defined by US Federal Bureau of Investigation as their "primary purpose is to promote animosity, hostility, and malice against persons belonging to a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin which differs from that of the members of the organization."

By allowing these groups to utilize your services, you are allowing them to broadcast their hate and messages to individuals worldwide, and thus are enabling their behavior. We, the undersigned, are requesting your help to put a stop to their grotesque behavior.

This group, and their mission, is to destroy families like mine, and their soul purpose is to attack and harass individuals who have done no wrong. Their latest endeavor is to picket the funerals of six and seven year olds who were recently murdered in an Elementary school shooting. Their belief is that these horrific deaths were caused by God because gay individuals are allowed to marry. These children are innocent children - their parents are heartbroken over their deaths, and this group wants to go and mock their deaths and further harass these individuals who have done no wrong.

Having a strong belief that something is wrong is one thing - but having that belief and outright attacking and harassing specific groups of people and tarnishing their lives is something completely different and a stop must be put to this.

We are calling on you, individually, to do the following:

GoDaddy & InternetBS - you are listed as the registar for many of their websites. By revoking their domains as they are being used as hate sites, you are pulling the plug on their ability to broadcast hate.

Twitter and Facebook - by disabling their Twitter and Facebook profiles which are also being used to broadcast hate - you are pulling their ability to announce their picket schedules, broadcast their hate messages, and disable their ability to arouse media attention. Half of the content within their tweets and Facebook postings are against numerous policies that you have put into place to protect children and the community as a whole.

The Kansas State Board of Tax Appeals - by reviewing and revoking their 501 (c)(3) status, you are putting a major financial burden on them. They are using funds and contributions to promote hate, discrimination, and harass individuals. This is not only illegal and they have been arrested for it, but it no longer makes them a non-profit organization. Their organization is family based and a home-grown activist group with a bested financial interst in political outcome. As so, their political work is non-religious and disqualifies them for 501 (c)(3) status.

Please join us in this fight - and to make a legendary stance against this Hate Group.
