This petition is for pedestrians who are forced to share the dangerous, icy, roads with motor vehicles in the winter time because the city is neglecting their duties of removing the snow on the sidewalks. It is time for pedestrians to reclaim the sidewalks!! The city needs to start fulfilling their obligation of keeping the pedestrians and motor vehicles safe. Or do what ever other real city does and make it a bylaw for home and business owners shovel their own sidewalks..
