Fix the Wacom Driver Issues and Windows 8 Pen Subsystem
The issue
Update: There is a new driver for the Intuos range (http://cdn.wacom.com/U/drivers/IBMPC/pro/WacomTablet_636w3.exe) that address these issues in Windows 8 (you can find the new "Use Windows Ink" checkbox to turn off on the "Mapping" tab in the Wacom Tablet Properties). Unfortunately this doesn't currently work with Bamboo tablets. We are still waiting for a new driver for those tablets.

Wacom's are frustrating to use in Windows 8, especially when trying to use non-table aware apps.
