Collaboration, co-location NOT convergence!  Records of government must be safeguarded by an independent body to ensure the integrity and reliability of public records - both digital and paper.  Only a government opposing accountability and transparency would want to bury public recordkeeping in a cultural institution.  Support this petition to tell the SA Government that State Records SA should not be integrated into the State Library.
