Stop your current advertising campaign that is demeaning to women
The issue
Join me in showing Ultra Tune that women do not appreciate being depicted in this manner!
Ultra Tune's current advertising campaign is insulting and demeaning to women. It features two highly sexualised women clad in skin tight leather outfits sporting a leather whip. Why?????????
I have contacted Richard Coppock (National Operations Manager) and told him I felt the ad was demeaning and cheap and insulting to women. He apologised and said the company had lots of complaints and they were reviewing their marketing but nothing has changed. To help you can:
1. Sign this petition AND leave a message on the Ultra Tune Facebook page where they will see your comment. (Ultra Tune Head Office is unlikely to share your comments with Ultra Tune franchise owners. If you leave your comment on the Ultra Tune FB page it will be seen.)
2. Email Richard Coppock at: richardc@ultratune.com.au or ring him at their head office on (03) 9815 9200
3. Call your local Ultra Tune manager and tell them the same. They pay a franchise fee for this advertising. My local manager was horrified to hear of the ad and that I would never go to Ultra Tune because of it!
4. Subscribe to www.azoointheroom.com to get detailed updates of the great progress being made.
Let's help Richard see that women don't appreciate being portrayed in this light and that we will vote with our feet and money!
Women have so much more to offer the world than to be portrayed in this way!
