Stop selling fur

The issue

Impulse Boutique in Glenelg, North Adelaide, Burnside and Norwood, South Australia have been advertising clothing containing real rabbit fur as part of their new arrivals for winter. The items are made by the horrible Australian designer Jennifer Kate whose whole collection consists almost entirely of fur, silk and leather.

At petitioners request, Impulse removed the items from their online store but they are still stocking the items inside of their boutiques.

Please sign and share the petition below to let Impulse Boutique know we don't want fur in Adelaide, or anywhere else for that matter.

Responded
Dear Emma and fellow petitioners, we would like to thank you for your emails and notify you that although we are assured that the Jennifer Kate furs we stock are by-product only and farmed ethically in line with Australian standards, due to the fact that one cannot be 100% certain of anything and it is widely documented that the fur trade CAN indeed be barbaric and unethical, we have decided to remove all animal furs from our webstore and will not sell them or promote them online again. Thank you for your concern, if you have any questions about the origins of Jennifer Kate furs please email enquiries@jenniferkate.net.au
