The NRL Referee's squad is in an appalling state. We have not completed round 8 of the 2014 season yet the quality of the on and off field refereeing is poor.

Crucial decisions have decided the outcomes of games and may continue to do so. Many of us are becoming disinterested and angry and it shows with crowd figures being down this season.

The Referees are not refereeing with confidence and clearly the leadership of the squad has reached an all time low. Admissions of mistakes, errors galore and disharmony within the ranks all point to questionable leadership. A replacement of the Management Team of the Referees need to be actioned immediately.
