It's time for a Change.  It's time to challenge the people who make and enforce America's military policy. The war in Afghanistan  is no different from the war in Iraq, the war in VietNam, etc., etc.  America has become like a football team in the eyes of the world, with the "special teams" coaches running the military. It's time for a Change.

In the 1970's, the American people woke up and derailed a stupid, unwinnable war.  Then we relaxed, and things got back to business as usual, including new stupid, unwinnable wars.  We still think trashing other people's neighborhoods makes us *right*.

Today I read an essay by Fred Reed.  I think the people whose decisions get us into these wars needs to read it, and do something different from the mistakes of the last century.  If you agree, please sign the petition and we'll shove it under their noses.
