There are many hybrid cars available on the market today, all of which help save the Earth by reducing fuel consumption.  I bought a used Honda Insight which has been rated the greenest car available.  I get anywhere from 54 to 62 mpg.  It has made a huge difference in my life, buy a hybrid for yourself and make a difference!
