Summary: We want law makers to pressure Twitter, Inc. to implement more effective content filtering to flag child pornographic content and report confimable incidences to the FBI for analysis. #TwitterProtectOurChildren

All too often when child pornographic content, such as grooming and promotion of child pornography or pedophelia occur, users will report these accounts, and maybe they will disappear, but the offending users can create new accounts to continue the same activities. 

This is because Twitter does not impliment effective algorithms to locate, analyze, and finally report pedophelic content to law enforcement. Because of ineffective detection and reporting methods by Twitter, Inc., this poses a persistent public safety issue specifically to minors.

According to a report published by the Committee of Energy and Commerce and the Subcommitee on Oversight and Investigations "at any 
given time, approximately 50,000 child predators are online 
searching for children."

Children are preyed on daily by sexual predators. Therefore, better algorithms will help provide a safer environment for underage users.

PRAYER: 

(1) TWITTER MUST impliment better content filtering algorithms to flag child pornographic content as well as user defined searches for this  content. This should also include the ability to identify these user profiles via IP addresses of users engaged in child pornographic content and acts of grooming. 

Content can be defined as the following:

(a) Content that solicits acts of  grooming,

(b) sexually illegal tweets and direct messages intended to be receieved by minors.

(c) the distribution/promotion/request for/of child pornography in the form of tweets, direct messsages, images, videos, gifs, links and any forms of the same not mentioned herein.

 

(2) TWITTER MUST develop criteria that identifies and documents/records the aformentioned conditions from section (1)  and escalates confirmed reports to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other law enforcement agencies as necessary for analysis.

 

THEREFORE, law makers MUST COMPELL Twitter, Inc., to impliment better algoriths which will exist as safety measures to help better protect minors using their social media platform from sexual predators.
