What began as broken arm  caused by an accident, with no real investigation, has turned into 2 years of unnecessary services and ever-changing demands from the department of family, youth and children; with the main concern being his mother's continued medical marijuana use in legal Washington State.

The court has made it clear that Medical Marijuana use is not enough to keep the children out of their home since his younger brother, Riley, was returned home September 30th, 2020.

If the home is safe for one child, it is safe for both children.
It is time for Washington DCYF to send Zurius home too!
