Our Mission is to permanently protect all 12 acres of the former Red Bank Middle School property at 3715 Dayton Boulevard as a central community treasure for the common good.

The Pitch
Although some City leaders want to sell the entire property to private developers for private gain, there are better options than residential/commercial development.  Red Bank has very limited public park space.  Adding a large, epic park in the center of town will create a quality-of-life hub for our community.  In addition, a large well-designed public commons will be a magnet that attracts visitors, which will entice small businesses such as restaurants and shops to rejuvenate existing commercial
properties nearby.

The Solution
We, the undersigned, ask the City of Red Bank, Tennessee and its Board of Commissioners to permanently protect all 12 acres of the old Red Bank Middle School property (at 3715 Dayton Boulevard) in public ownership, and to eventually develop it as an epic community park for the benefit and enjoyment of the People of Red Bank.
