If you search "Law Enforcement Targets" or "Police Targets" on Google, you find dark images of humans silhouetted against white backgrounds. The use of dark images of human bodies on white backgrounds as acceptable shooting targets is problematic because many people with darker skin are being killed by police in the United States. Police departments across the US need to stop their officers from practicing target shooting with images that have dark shapes of humans silhouetted against white backgrounds. Police have to show they care by changing their biases. One way for police to show they care is to stop shooting dark human images when training police officers.
